1. Introduction

Welcome to Serap Kocacenk Studio. Each artwork and object offered here is part of a carefully curated practice. By purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms, created to protect both you as a valued collector and the integrity of the work.

2. Purchases & Payments

All works are priced in SEK, with international currency conversions shown for your convenience. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. VAT is included where applicable under Swedish law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is included in the purchase price. Every artwork is shipped fully insured, with the utmost care, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but you will always be kept informed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Collectors within the EU may return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the work is returned in its original packaging and condition. International collectors are subject to local consumer laws. If you ever have concerns, please contact us directly. I aim for lasting collector relationships and will always do my best to resolve any issue with care.

5. Intellectual Property

Each artwork is unique, but the copyright and moral rights always remain with Serap Kocacenk. When you acquire a work, you own the physical piece but not the right to reproduce, resell, or display it publicly without written permission. The integrity of the work is part of its value, and this protection ensures it remains so.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure smooth delivery and satisfaction, the Studio cannot be held responsible for events outside my control, such as carrier delays or customs issues. Liability is always limited to the value of the purchase.

7. Governing Law

These Terms follow Swedish law, along with EU consumer protections for eligible collectors.
